Can I change or cancel my order?
Unfortunately, we cannot make any changes to a confirmed order (e.g., size or color). However, you can cancel an order as long as it hasn't been processed yet – please contact us as soon as possible.
When will my order be shipped and how long will delivery take?
Your order will be shipped within 1–2 business days and will arrive in Germany and Austria within approximately 5 business days, and in the rest of Europe within 7 business days at the latest.
How much are the shipping costs?
Shipping within Germany costs €2.95 for orders up to €60 and is free for orders over €60; shipping within Europe costs €3.95 for orders up to €60 and is also free for orders over €60.
Does ZenimeClothing also ship internationally?
We only deliver within Europe.
Where can I view my order history?
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email and later a shipping notification with a DHL link for tracking your shipment.

Which payment methods are accepted?
You can pay with credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna (instant bank transfer, invoice, installment purchase) and Giropay.
Is the payment secure?
Yes, all payments are processed via encrypted connections and meet the highest security standards. Your data is protected with us.
Are there any additional costs?
No, there are no hidden/additional costs. You only pay the stated price plus any applicable shipping costs – all transparently displayed during checkout.
Returns & Exchanges
How does the return work?
You can return your order to us within 14 days of receipt, provided it is unworn and in its original condition. Returns are possible from all over Europe. Simply contact our support team before returning anything.
How can I exchange an item?
Please contact our customer support before returning anything. If you don't receive a response, please remind us via Instagram. Once we've confirmed your request, you can return the item and reorder.
Delivery problems & damage
What can I do if my item arrives damaged?
In such a case, please contact our customer support immediately and send us photos of the damaged item. We will review the case as quickly as possible and find a solution – usually, we will arrange a replacement or refund your purchase price.
What happens if my package gets lost in transit?
If your order gets lost during shipping, please contact our customer support immediately. We will investigate the incident together with the shipping provider and find a solution (replacement or refund).
Size & Care
How do I choose the right size?
It's best to refer to our size chart, which you'll find on every product page. It provides the exact measurements. Compare these measurements to one of your favorite items of clothing to determine the right size. If you're unsure between sizes, we recommend the larger size for a looser fit or the smaller size for a more tailored fit. And don't worry: If an item doesn't fit, you can easily exchange it.
How do I care for the clothes properly?
Turn the garment inside out before washing and wash it at a maximum of 30°C on a gentle cycle. Avoid using fabric softener and do not tumble dry; let it air dry. If you do iron, please do so inside out and not directly over the print.
