Delivery is made domestically (Austria & Germany) and to the following countries:
Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Cyprus, Bulgaria, Estonia, Greece, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Hungary.
Shipping Costs (including VAT)
– Germany: from €2.95
– Other European countries: from €3.95
– Free DHL shipping on orders over €75 (domestic & international)
Delivery Times
Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, delivery is made:
– Domestic (Austria & Germany): within 2 – 4 business days
– International: within 3 – 5 business days after conclusion of the contract (or after receipt of payment in case of prepayment)
Please note: No delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship them together in one parcel unless otherwise agreed. In this case, the delivery time will be based on the item with the longest delivery time.
