We deliver within Austria and Germany as well as to the following European countries:

We also deliver to:
Switzerland, the United Kingdom and Norway.

Important information for deliveries to Switzerland, the United Kingdom and Norway (DAP shipping)
Orders shipped to Switzerland, the United Kingdom and Norway are delivered on a DAP (Delivered at Place) basis in accordance with Incoterms® 2020.
This means that we arrange and pay for the transportation of the goods to the delivery address specified by you. The risk of loss or damage remains with us until the goods are made available to you at the destination.
As the recipient, you are responsible for:
– all import formalities and customs clearance procedures;
– payment of any applicable import duties, import VAT (e.g. Norwegian VAT), customs fees, handling charges, or other taxes imposed by local authorities.
These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping costs and must be paid separately by the recipient if required by the destination country.
Please note that customs clearance may cause delivery delays beyond our control.

Delivery Times
Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, delivery is made:
– Domestic (Austria & Germany): within 2–4 business days
– International: within 3–5 business days after conclusion of the contract (or after receipt of payment in case of prepayment)
Please note: No delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship them together in one parcel unless otherwise agreed. In this case, the delivery time will be based on the item with the longest delivery time.
